We just wanted to reach out to you regarding the recent sale of our home, and to let you know how pleased we are with how things went. Mark and Estelle (Mark’s working partner), from the start, always went above and beyond in their interactions with us. They continuously kept us abreast of what’s happening and made sure to check- in quite regularly, even during the slow periods when there was little activity. As you may know, the process of us getting a sale was a relatively long one, but we really appreciated that they tried to keep on top of things so that we felt there was always someone working hard for us. They were also very receptive to any concerns we raised and took steps to address anything that they could control. Importantly too, they were very present throughout the entire closing process, guiding us through every step, since this was a brand new experience for us. It was because of how comfortable we feel with Mark and Estelle, from working with them when we purchased in 2014, that we made a specific request to engage them again for this transaction, and we were not disappointed.
